With its expansive 301,392 square feet area and approval for up to 700 residential units, the site was highly sought after. Its prime location next to the highly anticipated Tenet, a 618-unit EC developed by Qingjian Realty, Santarli Realty, and Heeton Holdings, further added to its appeal.
